Documents for admission
All of the following are required:
- Application from the parents or legal representativesusing form 1 — see the blank form below
- Child’s identity documentbirth certificate, passport or ID card
- Medical certificate of the child’s healthform No. 065/u and form No. 026/u-3 “Child Health Passport”
- Photos of the child, 3×4 cm2 photos
For foreign nationals and stateless persons
One document is required — the one that matches the child’s status, with a registration stamp for the place of residence:
- Foreign nationalresidence permit of a foreign national in the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Stateless personstateless person’s certificate
- Refugeerefugee certificate
- Asylum seekerasylum seeker’s certificate
- Kandaskandas certificate (ethnic Kazakh returning to Kazakhstan)
Transfer from another school
Transfers take place during school holidays (except in cases of a court decision, moving to another town or leaving Kazakhstan).
- Transfer slipchild’s full name, grade, language of instruction, school; for those leaving Kazakhstan — a document confirming departure
- Student’s personal fileissued by the previous school on presentation of the original arrival slip
How enrolment is completed
Enrolment is based on an order of the director. A contract for educational services is concluded with the parents or legal representatives using the standard form (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 93 of 28.01.2016). The admission rules are based on the Standard Rules for Admission (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 564 of 12.10.2018).
